The coaching you have provided has helped me with my planning and organisation, allowing me to be much more efficient which has had a huge effect in delivering my job role. The value gained from our coaching sessions means I have been able develop my leadership skills, with the return on investment being that myself and the team have been able to perform very well for the year so far, starting off with amazing results after our January event. I've found our coaching sessions especially inviting as it was nice to see the curiosity you had around my background, ie my religion and ethnicity.
